Welcome to Khatimec Industries International PTY LTD. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of our digital platforms, corporate infrastructure services, and compliance offerings.

By accessing this website and initiating a project with us, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Khatimec Industries' services if you do not accept all of the terms stated on this page.

1. Intellectual Property & Digital Assets

Unless otherwise stated, Khatimec Industries International PTY LTD and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all corporate architectures, source code, UI/UX designs, and brand strategies created prior to final payment.

Transfer of Rights: Full intellectual property rights, source code, and high-resolution master files are legally transferred to the client *only* upon the successful settlement of the final project invoice.

2. Project Engagement & Payments

When engaging our Web Development, Brand Identity, or Compliance divisions, the following standard financial structures apply unless overridden by a custom Master Service Agreement (MSA):

  • Deposits: A non-refundable initiation deposit of 50% is required before any technical deployment or design architecture begins.
  • Final Settlement: The remaining balance is strictly due upon project completion, prior to the live deployment of websites or the handover of final CIPC documents and vector files.

3. Timelines & Client Responsibilities

Khatimec Industries leverages agile deployment methodologies to ensure rapid turnaround times. However, these timelines are contingent on the client providing necessary assets (text, images, ID documents for CIPC) in a timely manner. Delays in client communication may result in corresponding shifts in the final delivery schedule.

4. Service Limitations & Liability

While we engineer ecosystems for maximum scalability and reliability, Khatimec Industries will not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our digital solutions, third-party server downtimes, or changes in governmental CIPC legislation.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from these terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
